Deux épées tulwars en acier Inde. XIXe siècle Chacune avec une lame effilée de forme courbée avec un yelman à double tranchant. L'une avec une poignée en acier recouvert d'or et d'argent, la seconde avec une poignée en argent doré. Chacune arborant un décor végétal stylisé. La plus grande : L. 85 cm Two steel swords (tulwars),each with tapering blade of curved form with double-edged yelman. One with gold and silver overlay steel hilt, the second with gilt-silver hilt. Each with stylised vegetal motifs. (2) Footnotes: Provenance Property from a Royal Collection. For an example of a 19th century gold koftgari-hilted tulwar with floral decoration, see R.
